Founded in 2025 by Maître Amine Ben Mrad and Maître Farah Ammar, the firm was born from a common ambition: to offer its clients excellent legal support, based on rigor, competence and a deep understanding of their challenges.
Both holding Master’s degrees in business law, the founders gained their experience in renowned firms specializing in this field. These collaborations allowed them to develop solid expertise in business law and to acquire a technical, strategic, and pragmatic approach to legal advice and litigation.
Driven by a modern vision of the profession, Amine Ben Mrad and Farah Ammar sought to create a firm that reflected their own values: dynamic, independent, and resolutely forward-looking.
